The upper swelling looks pretty significant, so you’ll need to wait, but I do think it’ll settle more toward an inline than an in-out line. For now, let’s watch the swelling go down until 2-3 weeks and then decide

To my eyes, once the swelling goes down, it seems like a thin in-out line will show... But the swelling looks like quite a lot, so I can’t really tell when it’ll go down to a decent level
