Hospital name: Dete Plastic Surgery Director: Director Lee Jun-wook Since it’s the peak of summer these days, I think a lot of people are considering breast augmentation and going around for consultations, so I’ll write a real consultation review.
My breasts are small ㅜㅜ I had honestly thought about wanting to get it done since middle school. Honestly, on days when I even go out wearing breast padding, my confidence is just boosted, you know. But in the summer, padding is so hot and it gives me a reality check, so after continuing to think about it, I decided, let’s do it while I’m still even a little young!! and went around Gangnam for a tour.
Once I thought of it as an actual surgery, I got scared about scars, and my home is also far away. So I was really worried about pain and things like that, so I tried to choose a place that was as pain-free as possible and that manages scars well. And a place that recommends things well according to my body type and the feel of my breasts!!
Among the places I visited while touring, one place recommended the implant cc somewhat ambiguously for my body type, and they said they would do it the way I wanted, so honestly, it felt too frustrating and I wasn’t confident enough to just trust the director.
I kept thinking about it and searching, and then someone strongly recommended a place called DT Plastic Surgery? Among the comments, someone said they measure everything, including hip circumference, waist, and body measurements, and recommend accordingly, so I thought I’d get one last consultation here and made a consultation reservation.
On the day of the consultation, as soon as I entered the clinic, I felt good because the atmosphere was so clean and luxurious. Especially the staff who greeted me warmly were also so nice, and the changing room was absolutely clean… I look closely at cleanliness, because anyway, I’ll be having surgery there and receiving aftercare too.
As you probably know, you have to get a breast ultrasound there and such, so I changed clothes and spoke very comfortably with the consultant about my desired breast size, estimated cost, the reason I was considering cosmetic surgery, and so on.
After that, I met Director Lee Jun-wook and had the consultation. I really recommend that breast surgery beginners at least get a consultation here first. I had no basic knowledge and was going from place to place feeling confused, and there was even a clinic that didn’t do an ultrasound for me.. After getting the consultation here, it felt like everything I had been confused about was all organized.
First, when taking measurements, they measured my chest, waist, and pelvis, and they measured my breasts extremely precisely too. It seemed like they were probably checking details like the distance from the nipple to the inframammary fold and the cleavage area in detail to plan the surgery.
He took one look at my skin/tissue quality and said that with Sebbin Integrity, I would be 100% satisfied with the feel, and with Sebbin Sub, I would be 95% satisfied. After hearing that and touching them, I really felt like that would be true.
And since I have accessory breast tissue, he also recommended doing a hybrid procedure. So I decided firmly on the transaxillary incision, and of course, since I don’t have much original breast tissue, he said it would be placed in a dual plane. (He said that with an inframammary incision, it would be done through a minimal 2.5 cm incision!! Those interested in an inframammary incision, definitely!! get a consultation.)
Wow, and at the end, they showed me how I would look after surgery with virtual plastic surgery, and that made me think, I definitely have to do this. From the consultation itself, they checked everything so sincerely and thoroughly, and since he was someone who put this much effort into the consultation, I felt sure that I could trust him and leave it to him. I guess I suddenly felt a strong sense of trust. If you get a consultation, you’ll probably think exactly the same as me.
