I’m planning to get revision surgery to lower my eyelid line, so I’ve consulted three clinics so far. Two said two-line lowering, and only one said excision would be possible. The clinics that recommended two-line lowering said that if I do excision, there won’t be enough extra skin and they can’t lower it much.. The doctors are saying such different things, so I’m conflicted. Is there anyone who has had an experience like mine?

I was scared that if I did excision and it failed, I’d end up needing a third revision with two-line lowering, so I chose two-line lowering...! For reference, my sausage eyelids are also way too thick and the stress is so severe that I’m not even hoping for pretty eyes without scars. I’m just hoping the line gets lowered well without multiple creases...
쉐하 They’re probably recommending excision because excision is easier. The more excision you do, the stranger it gets. Please do two-line lowering. You need to have skin first to be able to do anything.

But if two places have already recommended two-line lowering, it seems like you probably don’t have much extra skin. In my case, the line height itself was on the lower side, so I had surgery by excision without doing two-line lowering for sausage eyes. I went to several clinics, and some recommended two-line lowering while others recommended excision, but more places recommended excision, so I got the surgery and it was successful. I think it would be good to go to a few more clinics!! For sausage eyes, I recommend ㅁㅎ, ㅌㅇㅅ, ㅁㅅㄹㅇ!
쩨리리리리 Didn’t you ask how many mm they would lower the line??? It could be because each doctor has a different idea of how much they would lower it.
