For my first surgery, I didn't know much and just went to a cheap place, and the silicone implant on the nasal bridge wasn't fixed in place, so it kept moving. The silicone was bent to the right, so after visiting several clinics, I decided on Lowell Plastic Surgery! Director Kim Jae-yoon was so kind, and maybe because he has a lot of revision surgery experience, he could tell right away just from the CT where the silicone had bent and why it had bent, so I trusted him haha For the nasal bridge, he strongly recommended 3D silicone, so I had a custom silicone implant made and used autologous costal cartilage. For the nasal tip, he said it would be firmly fixed with 4-layer fixation so it wouldn't droop, which gave me confidence. He explained it with a model, so it was easy to understand. I was most worried about the bent silicone, but after removing the splint, it was right in the center, so I felt so relieved. I tend to swell easily, so the major swelling lasted 2 weeks ㅠㅠ After removing the splint, they also did sebum care, and I received swelling laser treatment 3 times as a service. They took good care of me even after surgery, so I liked it. Director Kim Jae-yoon's skills were great, and the staff were also so kind. My surgery was in the afternoon, but even after his work hours were over, the director waited until I woke up from anesthesia and told me how many millimeters of silicone had been inserted ㅠㅠ Manager Im Soo-hyun also replied well even when I contacted her at dawn because I was in so much pain, and the front desk staff and treatment room nurses are all super kind,, It's week 2, so there is still a little swelling left, but I'm very satisfied, and the line came out really pretty!
