I was flustered because what they said during the consultation and what they said on the day of surgery were different. During the consultation, they said if I removed up to the deep cheek fat, I would look sharper, and that nasolabial fold fat has to be removed several times. On the day of surgery, when designing, they looked again and said, "I don't think there will be much effect. I told you that then, right?" so it was honestly absurd. I'm not dissatisfied after surgery, but I'm not satisfied either. It feels like they match the procedure doctor's satisfaction rather than the patient's satisfaction. I wish they had removed more from the nasolabial folds, but during the consultation they said it has to be done several times, and then when checking progress after surgery, they said removing more probably wouldn't be effective. There are too many repeated reversals in what they say, so I can't trust them. I do think they definitely removed the deep cheek fat, but honestly I'm not sure about the other areas
