It’s been 3 months + 10 days since my nose surgery, and it was my first surgery using autologous costal cartilage. It still looks a bit like Pinocchio.. It has come down a lot compared with right after surgery, but it still needs to come down a lot more to become the nose I want.. I don’t think it will come down much more now, so in this case, is early correction possible at 3 months? Has anyone here had revision surgery around 3 months after nose surgery?
