Before surgery, if you look at my side-profile photos, my nose was low, and I also had some fullness in my philtrum area, so the angle between my nasal tip and lips was almost a straight line. Even at a glance, it strongly gave off “I have a bulbous nose!” vibes, so my nose was a complex for me ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I put in a custom implant for the nasal bridge (because I heard the chance of side effects is low), and since my skin was thick and didn’t stretch well, I used donated costal cartilage. I also had bulbous nose correction! I have some facial fat and my nose was round, so I looked even chubbier, and people only ever said I looked cute in a baby-faced way. But after getting nose surgery, I actually hear that I’m pretty quite often now!!! Since it became slimmer and more defined, I feel like my face looks slimmer too, and I like my face so much more now ㅠㅠㅠ
