Review after removal of augmentation material

About 3 months ago, I went to a hospital in Apgujeong that was recommended to me for bulbous-nose surgery, and I thought I had made a good choice. But the result is upsetting. Before surgery, the doctor said it would make me slim and pretty. The augmentation was recommended because they said the nostrils needed asymmetry to look pretty. But because of the wide nostrils and the augmentation material, the nose became even wider, the tip looks lifted, and after placing the augmentation material asymmetrically in advance, it made my nostrils completely asymmetrical. I kept waiting for the swelling to go down, but the nose shape is frustrating, and because of the augmentation I have symptoms of facial flushing that I never had before, plus throbbing that feels like bone pressure. In the end I went back for a second consultation and asked them to remove the augmentation, and the doctor said my nostrils were asymmetric. My nostrils were only slightly asymmetric, but the doctor put the augmentation material in asymmetrically and made the left and right sides of my nostrils noticeably different, and even the swelling was different on each side, so I suffered both mentally and physically. When I asked to have it removed, they said they couldn't take responsibility for the nostrils, but if I signed a surgery consent form, they would remove it, so I cried and agreed to the removal and had the surgery. Before surgery, they acted like they would take good care of me, but this result makes me so angry about the doctor's irresponsible behavior after surgery. Isn't the tip blunt? In review photos it's all slim, but the doctor said something even more ridiculous: that a slim tip doesn't suit me. Then why would anyone pay money for surgery? I was so dumbfounded I couldn't even speak. I cried bucket after bucket of tears. I don't want surgery ever again, but I still have a nose, so my heart feels heavy. I think I need to look into reconstruction for my nose. Cosmetic surgery doesn't seem like something to take lightly. I should look into nasal reconstruction, and I don't want to think about cosmetic surgery ever again. The spot where the augmentation material was removed hurts so much, and I miss my old face so much.
