Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

Successfully lowered my sausage-eye line (double-line incision)!!

I had surgery with Director Lee Sang-gyun, the head doctor at TS. As I had heard, during the consultation he was very confident about the surgical results, and based on my eye condition, he honestly told me which parts were possible and what I needed to be careful about, which I liked the most. My failed double-eyelid line was really thick and had that sausage-eye look, so when I said I wanted to lower the line, he recommended a double-line incision because I had almost no extra skin. He said ptosis correction + upper-eyelid fat repositioning were essential, and that he would set the line so the in-out line I wanted would show as much as possible, so I decided to have the surgery. The consultant summarized the director’s consultation and went over it once more, but I didn’t really feel like she was trying to sell me anything, so I felt comfortable! There was some waiting time then, and the clinic was reaaally crowded. I had the surgery in winter, so I could barely go for walks, but instead I managed it with warm/cold compresses and pumpkin juice, and I think it helped more than doing nothing. Before surgery, I had watched tons of YouTube videos saying double-line incision can leave scars, but the director brought that up first starting from the consultation, and even on the day of surgery he told me not to worry and that he would do his best to make it as unnoticeable as possible, so I felt reassured. Now, when I close my eyes, the scar is barely visible, and the line is the direction I wanted, so I’m pretty satisfied with the result. I’m leaving this review because I hope it helps everyone who is considering double-line incision!
