They are confident and kind. They explained the details well and only told me what was necessary. They did look a little tired, but.. they explained everything sincerely! But they also recommended a variety of different things, and since they are things I had not even thought about, I am a bit conflicted ㅠㅜ I think the shape will come out naturally.
