In the post-op photos, the top two are from the one-month mark, and the one at the very bottom is a recent photo from two months after surgery! As you can see, my nose was small and quite lowㅠ I’d heard so many times before that my nose was small, and on top of being small it was really low and short, so it was a major complex for me. But I wanted a nose that looked as naturally defined as possible on my face, so I thought about getting filler instead of surgery, but they said filler always spreads.. There were risks to doing it recklessly, and since it’s my face, I looked into it really carefully. They said that even if you get filler, you end up getting surgery later anyway, so I decided to have surgery and went around for consultations. I don’t even know how many reviews I read lololol I looked at so many places said to be good at natural-looking results, and I went to a total of three consultations! They said going to too many places just gets confusing.. I originally looked into five places, but made up my mind on one of the three and canceled the other two. I searched online while going around for consultations, and I also checked communities sometimes. Since I don’t really like an unnatural look or a look that obviously shows cosmetic surgery, every time I went for a consultation, I really emphasized a natural-looking nasal bridge and nasal tip, and said I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved profile line. At the hospital where I decided to have surgery, the director recommended slightly raising the nasal bridge and extending the length, so I also had septal extension. It felt like after the surgery, when I came to my senses, about an hour or two had passed. As the anesthesia gradually wore off, the nose area did throb a bit. But it wasn’t painful enough to make me tear up lololol It was throbbing and there was some pain. Still, it was better than the pain I had imagined, so it was bearable for me. Around the time it was almost one month, the swelling suddenly went down a lot, and once the swelling went down, I could see the nasal bridge and tip starting to take shape and look higher! There’s still some minor swelling left now, but I think once it goes down a little more, it’ll look even slimmer and more defined. I’m so satisfied with the surgery!!
