I had medial philtrum reduction and dimpleplasty done. It is currently 1 month post-op, and the scar is still clearly visible. Because of scar tissue, that philtrum area is raised, so it doesn't look good. I wanted to make it as short as possible, but the doctor said my lips would become too triangular, so it was reduced from 2.3 to 1.5. I like the length, but this current state is really hard. First of all, the philtrum area is raised, so my overall impression looks strange. I got a scar tissue injection today. They said they would do scar laser whenever I came, and that I could come whenever I wanted and they would do the laser, but that is not the case. I have to go on exactly the scheduled date, and today, at 1 month, I only got the scar tissue injection and there was no laser. I'm trying to believe there must be a reason.
