Hello, it’s been 6 months since my male nose revision surgery, so I’m writing a review. My nose had a low bridge, short nose, and bulbous nose all at once, and even after cosmetic surgery it didn’t improve. I kept living with the changing shape for years, and this time I had revision surgery at It’s B, which fortunately was successful and has been holding up well. I’ve tried both donated rib cartilage and autologous rib cartilage, and for me autologous rib cartilage definitely seems right. In my first surgery, I used donated rib cartilage and it was absorbed, and even considering the scarring, autologous cartilage was better. They put silicone in the bridge and used autologous rib cartilage for the tip, and because of the first surgery, it had thinned out more, so there was some difficulty getting to the surgery. Now even the remaining residual swelling seems to have gone down completely, and I’ve recovered to the point where I don’t need to go back to the clinic for follow-up anymore. The chief surgeon made it clean and refined without a feminine look, and I also managed my recovery diligently, so I think that helped a lot! When I had surgery with rib cartilage, the tip of my nose felt very tight afterward, but now that tight feeling is gone, and my nose feels softer to the touch than it did at first. Overall, I’m satisfied with everything.
