Swelling after nose surgery

I originally had a bulbous nose. It’s currently day 2, and of course I look like an Avatar, but my bulbous nose has become even worse than before surgery They say swelling usually isn’t that bad on the first day, but from the first day I didn’t feel like it had become higher at all;; Even after the swelling goes down, will it end up looking like it did on the first day??;;
