I got neck wrinkle filler. During the consultation, they said there would be a meaningful effect if I got it 2-3 times, and since I had seen results after one procedure and one retouch at another clinic, I got the procedure. After the first procedure, I didn’t see any effect and came in for a retouch, but compared with the procedure cost, I saw no effect at all, so I complained and received another retouch. Before the procedure, the head director explained that it seemed I wasn’t seeing results because I had a lot of fat on my neck. What does that even mean? If, in their view, it seemed like there would be no effect, shouldn’t they not have recommended it from the beginning? In the end, I didn’t see any effect even after the retouch.
