Septal cartilage + silicone = nose, cheekbones & jaw & neck, now 2 and a half months post-op…

Now even the minor swelling is almost all gone, and I can meet friends I haven’t seen in a long time, so the nose is........ complete..... to the point that I’m satisfied with it myself, right?? There really were so many twists and turns before getting to this point. All those countless plastic surgery clinics located in Gangnam-gu..;; There’s really nowhere I didn’t go....... Thinking about it now, I don’t know how I managed to look into that many plastic surgery clinics.... sigh;; All the hardship I went through flashes past like a panorama? I went around consulting until my feet were worn out, and searched the internet until my neck and back had nowhere that didn’t hurt.. oh gosh;; After visiting the clinics I had looked into and having countless consultations with the plastic surgeons who might operate on me, what I felt was!!!!!! Price matters, of course, but more important than anything was a doctor who really understood what kind of nose I was imagining, caught onto that idea well, and tried to match the nose shape I wanted as much as possible~ A doctor I could communicate with like that!! The doctor with whom the conversation went smoothly clearly seemed to have their own differentiated technique... They pointed out even the tiny details I had never thought of.....;;;;; That........ generally, when doing nose surgery, you use silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, right?? So I thought all that had to be done was set the height of the nasal bridge and tip and safely insert them. But when inserting silicone into the nasal bridge, they said an average person’s nasal bridge is not flat like it appears to the eye, but uneven, and if silicone is just placed on top without considering this, the silicone surface and nasal bridge surface may not fixate well, so the implant can move. And they said doctors who can raise the entire nasal tip using only septal cartilage are not common. They told me that the insertion technique is important, but so is the technique of carefully shaping the implant to fit the person’s nasal tip and bridge and correcting it appropriately.>0<;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Before surgery I had talked with many plastic surgeons, but it was my first time experiencing such a detailed consultation..;;; I thought I would have to pay a separate consultation fee.. But according to the consultant, they normally do it that way. Anyway, I’m glad I met a good doctor and could graduate in one go like this. If those who will have surgery in the future, or those who will have revision surgery, are reading this, I don’t think there’s any method as reliable as going to consultations in person!!!! Visit as many places as possible!! Definitely!!
