I had osteotomy, septal dorsal augmentation, septal support graft, septal tip, plus nostril reduction!! I think I had everything that could be done. It was a bit of a bulbous nose and a large nose, so they made my nose completely small. And maybe because I had nostril reduction,, my nose got seriously, seriously..tiny.. My face isn’t on the small side, so my image changed so much that it was really hard to get used to. Honestly, people now say I no longer have that strong image like before,, that I look more feminine,, and that it turned out well,, but I still can’t really tell that I look prettier I really regret having nostril reduction.. I think naturally flared nostrils are prettier,, Why did I!!! do it!! Anyway, please give me your opinion.
