The consultation order was consultation manager -> director -> consultation manager. I liked that the consultation manager was really kind and gave a detailed, attentive consultation. The director explained in detail how the surgery would be done, and for things I wanted to do even though they weren’t really necessary, he told me not to do them and only told me what was needed. The consultation time with the director was quite short, but even within that short time, he explained things in detail. The consultation manager never pressured me to pay a deposit, so it was nice to be able to think about it without feeling burdened.
