The doctor was a little scary at first, but he explained everything in detail without skipping any parts of the consultation. The manager in charge was really disappointing though. As soon as he sensed that I was hesitating about the surgery, his attitude changed completely..... No matter what I asked, he just said he would only tell me after I made a surgery decision (reservation)..........
