I went to this place without really knowing anything about nose surgery, just looking it up and visiting on a whim. The coordinator pushed me to book and made it feel like I couldn’t not do it right away. I regret it. I ended up having the surgery, and after that I never saw the consultation coordinator againㅋㅋㅋ They only seemed kind during the consultation. The surgeon also didn’t feel kind so much as very self-confident and, um... something like that, and after the surgery they didn’t explain how it had been performed. When I came back because I had questions, they gave a brief explanation and were done within 5 minutes. There was no aftercare, and no swelling laser or anything like that. I didn’t come in often either, so there were a lot of disappointments. Even with an appointment, a 30-minute wait is standard.
