It has been almost four months since my surgery. The nasal bridge is silicone 3.5. I had osteotomy and a slight hump shaved down, and in the nasal tip I had ear cartilage, cartilage suturing, and Medpor placed in the columella. Silicone can be removed easily through a closed approach, so that is at least okay, but I’m worried because of the Medpor in the columella It is the fourth month; would it have adhered already If I remove the Medpor in the columella, will the ear cartilage droop
