My face naturally has very little facial fat, so fat grafting works really well on me. But if I do things like what I wrote below, the problem is that even the fat I worked so hard to get to engraft comes out too well. So I’m leaving this post because I think people who ended up overfilled like me could use these as ways to reduce it.
1. Medicube Booster Healer
Wow, I bought this recently and used it for over 5 minutes on level 5, and now the whole tower of fat I carefully built has collapsed, and I’m practically crying tears of blood. How does it all disappear like that.. It’s been over a month since I used the Booster Healer at home just once, and it kept decreasing all month long. I’m someone who has spent not just 10 million won, but well over that, almost easily, on fat grafting, so when it disappeared that emptily, I really lost all motivation to live.
For people who need to reduce it, I feel like if you rub this for a long time on level 5, it’ll all come out. But just rubbing it doesn’t mean the shape will reduce nicely, so I recommend carefully trying it little by little only on the areas you absolutely need to reduce.
2. Radiofrequency
You know those radiofrequency devices that cost around 1 million won? If you use that diligently, it reduces. With this, you can reduce while checking the shape, so I think it’ll be effective if you work at it.
3. Tenor radiofrequency
This is something you get done at a clinic. These days, there don’t seem to be many places using a machine called Tenor. But this machine really removes it amazingly well. If you’re desperate, I think you can go to a place that has this machine, have them design it carefully, and ask them to rub the area. For people who don’t respond to 1 or 2, this will definitely work. But be careful because too much can come out. If there’s no place that will reduce only the areas you want, I can tell people in Seoul or Gyeonggi-do about the place I found. I really managed to find one place after a lot of difficulty. But that clinic had also said they were going to sell the machine secondhand, so I don’t know whether they sold it tooㅠ
4. Liposuction I don’t recommend this. There may be people who succeeded with it, but if this goes wrong, it can come out with wrinkling or become over-aspirated. If you meet a very skilled doctor, it could turn out well, but I think the issue is adhesion.
Instead of doing this, if you reduce it with radiofrequency, you also get skin lifting, so it’s killing two birds with one stone.
Once fat grafting has engrafted, it’s hard to remove, so if it’s been about 2 weeks since surgery and you feel something is really off, I think it’s good to make an effort to reduce it early. In the early stage, the fat is a bit like clay, so if you rub it, the rubbed marks can remain just as they are, so you need to gently rub with a radiofrequency device while checking the shape and reduce it.
Fat grafting is a procedure with very clear pros and cons, and it doesn’t even get completed in one session, so it’s a procedure I spent more money on than my eyes or noseㅠ I guess you could call it a love-hate procedure. It would be good to stop, but when I see my face looking hollow again, I want to do it againㅠ Anyway, before getting fat grafting, I hope you first research where and how you can immediately get radiofrequency treatment if you end up overgrafted, and then get the procedure.
In the past, I wasn’t prepared like that, so I had quite a hard time removing fat after it had all engrafted.
I saw someone before who was worried about removing fat, so I wrote this post. I hope it helps.
