I got nose filler.. I'm angry..

A few days ago, I got nose filler at a plastic surgery clinic that people would recognize just by hearing its name. When I consulted with someone called the manager at the plastic surgery clinic, I told them I wanted it done with Restylane SubQ, and since both the doctor and I were busy and it was a simple procedure, we decided to proceed right away without any special consultation. I trusted them because it was a famous place, but I guess that was the problem. During the consultation with the person called the manager, it seems they heard properly that I wanted Restylane, but I think they missed the SubQ part, so just in case, on my way home after the procedure I called and asked which Restylane product they used, and they said it was a Restylane product called Perfectha. I didn't think I had seen anything called Perfectha, so I searched online and only found a French product called Perfectha. So I called again and said there didn't seem to be any Restylane product with the name Perfectha, and they said there are many types of Restylane. When I said I searched and found that Perfectha is a separate product and asked if it might be something different, they kept saying no, it's a Restylane product. It's Restylane Perfectha. They just kept saying that. They kept saying there are many types of Restylane.. If anything, they treated me like someone who didn't know anything.. Out of frustration, I called the Restylane distributor and asked whether there is a product called Restylane Perfectha, and they told me Perfectha belongs to another company. I called the plastic surgery clinic again and told them the distributor said there is no such product, and they said they would ask the director and call me back, but there was no call by the next day, so I called them again. When I called and confronted them, they said that wasn't what they meant. They said they said that because it has the same ingredient as Restylane. Then shouldn't they have explained from the beginning that it was a product named Perfectha, which contains the same hyaluronic acid ingredient as Restylane? I clearly asked several times whether it was a Restylane product, and when I said I didn't know what Restylane Perfectha was and asked them to explain whether its particles were smaller than Restylane Perlane, they didn't even know what Perlane was, so they couldn't explain it. Looking at the situation now, of course they didn't know. I wasn't questioning the ingredient. I said I wanted to get Restylane, and before the procedure they performed it without saying a single word that they would use a product called Perfectha, whose manufacturer is plainly different. The person called the manager didn't even know what SubQ or Perlane were and just insisted that Perfectha was a Restylane product. Then they wouldn't admit their mistake and just tried to avoid responsibility, and now they keep repeating that it's the same ingredient.. It's so absurd and I'm angry, and I don't know what to do in this kind of situation. They said about half of the retouch amount is still left, but should I request a refund.. What would be best? ㅠㅠ
