Hello At the end of March, I had my nasal bridge + nasal tip done with septal cartilage/ear cartilage. About 2 weeks after surgery, I felt like the nasal bridge was too high, so I had revision surgery to replace the silicone. (around 4/10) Suddenly since yesterday, from the philtrum up to my nose, it feels tight and stretched, and the sides of my nasal bridge and the nasal tip feel swollen. The glabella and nasal bridge are okay, but when I press the area beside the nasal bridge, it feels a bit tighter and firmer than before, from the lower dorsum to around the nasal tip? My nose suddenly got a bit bigger.. And when I scrunch my nose, it didn’t used to feel this intense, but now it feels really heavy and weighted.. tight and pulling. There’s no pain when I press it or anything, but it definitely seems swollen and hardened When I purse my lips into an “O” shape, I already had some pulling sensation before, but since yesterday that feeling has gotten worse Maybe because my nose suddenly feels so tight and swollen, from the front and side it also feels like my nose has lifted a little. This might just be my imagination, and maybe I’m being sensitive, but should I say that from the front, my nostrils look a little more visible than they did recently after surgery? It feels subtly different from a few days ago After surgery I haven’t had alcohol/smoked at all, and even when I had the revision, I never had blood pooling in the glabella or anything.. I’m so worried that maybe I have inflammation without knowing it and contracture has started. Could it be because of what people call scar tissue? Or is it because I touched my nose a lot and cleaned it a lot with cotton swabs? Or I have a cold right now, could it be related to that? Ah, why is this happening? Has anyone had a similar experience to me? I’m upset, scared, stressed, and psychologically so anxious. I called the clinic and made an appointment for Saturday.. but I’m so worried. Time is passing so slowly.. Please reply~
