Hi everyone. This is a non-implant rhinoplasty review from a man in his 30s. I’m currently on day 5 and quite satisfied. I went for consultations twice, and during the consultation, the director explains the technique, but they don’t go into an in-depth consultation about the design. I think this is why many people hesitate to book surgery. The design consultation is done right before the surgery. Ear cartilage is used for the nasal tip, and dissection is performed on the nasal bridge to pull it upward and downward, so I think there are limitations to the design. I don’t recommend it for people who want a glamorous or semi-dramatic look. Since I’m a man, I wanted something natural, so I chose it. Also, many of you may be curious about improvement from the front view. If you mention it during the design consultation, they do adjust it to some extent, but because the surgical method, philosophy, and way of thinking are very firm, they only accommodate what is possible within the scope of that surgical method. You need to do a bit of persuading to get what you want. I said I wanted the nasal tip to look slim, and they asked if I was okay with that because it’s more like a woman’s nose. I said it was okay, so mine was done slim. I’ll have to wait for more swelling to go down to know whether the nasal tip really becomes slim, but as of now, I’m quite satisfied. I’ve also seen a few reviews saying the nasal tip drops, so I think I’ll need to wait until 6 months. I’ll occasionally write reviews about how it changes.
