It was revision rhinoplasty, and after my first surgery I developed a perforation and rhinitis, so I chose carefully. My nostrils showed, and because it was a pinched nose, it looked like a Pungpung nose, but I’m very satisfied with the result. The director fulfilled everything I wanted. The nasal tip came down a lot, and the side profile is very pretty. The perforation and rhinitis are recovering quickly.
