It was a consultation from a few years ago, and the wait was long. There were just as many people packed in and waiting. The staff were busy too, and I waited a long time, but both the consultant and the director answered my questions well and explained things without making me feel rushed. While I was waiting, there were quite a few people scheduling surgery dates.
