Review 4 years after surgery

I was worried about having small breasts, so I searched hard for hospitals in a community and went to consultations at a total of 4 hospitals. I had consultations at Note, Nana, View, and ? (I don’t remember). Nana came up a lot on YouTube, so I went with high expectations, but the consultant kept talking too much about money, and the director’s consultation wasn’t detailed, so I passed. For the hospital I don’t remember, the interior wasn’t my style, and the director looked a bit lacking in energy, so I passed. I liked Note and View the most. Both explained things in detail, and the reviews in the community were good too. My final choice was Note. Both were really good, but I felt Note was a little more specialized in breasts, so I went ahead with surgery there. Since I valued naturalness, safety, and symmetry more than size, I went with 285? 300cc Motiva. Mentor felt the best to the touch, but since I had almost no breast tissue, I thought the implant needed to shape them to some extent, so I went with Motiva. And they said Motiva was the safest, so even though it was expensive, I chose Motiva. Right after surgery, red spot-like marks appeared on my body and I had itchiness? but now I’m living well without side effects. For 1-2 years after surgery, they felt firm when touched, but now that 4 years have passed, they’ve become much softer (though not as soft as real breasts or Mentor). Sometimes I live forgetting that I had surgery, and it’s so nice not having to worry about tight-fitting clothes or bra size.
