It’s been 2 weeks since I had surgery at Lowell with silicone + donor rib cartilage + ear cartilage! My nasal bridge wasn’t extremely low before either, but I was always concerned about my bulbous nose that looked broad I spent almost 5-6 years just thinking about it, and eventually went to consultations at several places to overcome my complex! After going around to consultations, the consultant was so kind, and as a private clinic they offered a detailed design and a surgical method that fixes the nasal tip in 4 layers, with no extra chargesㅠ and even the price was reasonable, so I ended up leaning toward Lowell Plastic Surgery! Originally, I didn’t want anything too burdensome, so I was going to do it without an implant, using only septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but actually, after I had nose surgery 5 years ago with nasal tip cartilage tying + ear cartilage, there had been almost no change, so after consulting with the consultant and Director Kim Jae-yoon, to get a definite effect with the line I wanted, I decided to have surgery with donor rib cartilage, and I think it was such a good decision hahaha When the splint was first removed at 1 week, I thought, isn’t it higher than I expected? But amazingly, after the splint came off, the swelling started going down rapidly~ For anyone worried after splint removal, don’t worry! I think it really needs to feel a bit high at first so that, as the swelling goes down, the line you want comes out~ It’s only been 2 weeks, but I can do all daily activities, and I think a lot of the swelling has gone down too~ They say after about 3 months, even the residual swelling will go down more and it will look somewhat complete, so I’m really excited to see it get prettier every day! I’ll come back and leave another review at 1 month^^
