While I was resting, I went out for walks three times a day, morning-lunch-evening. They said I didn’t have to overdo it and walk too much from the beginning, so I went out often for 10 minutes at a time, and when the pain went away, I think I went out for 30 minutes at a time?? Since I managed everything strictly, I lost more weight than expected too, and I feel like the results showed twice as well, so I’m very satisfied ㅎ
