I had consultations at several places, and at a fairly famous place I was recommended ptosis correction + upper canthoplasty possible + posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty not possible because there was no space + double eyelid surgery was okay whether incision or adhesion. But after consulting again here and trying out lines, I learned that upper canthoplasty could make my droopy eyes look even droopier, and they reasonably convinced me that rather than ptosis correction, it would be better to remove some eye fat, and that partial incision would carry less risk than a full incision. K Plus also said the same thing about there being no space for lower canthoplasty or posterior canthoplasty. The consultation time wasn’t shorter compared with the previous hospital, and from practicing eyelid-opening strength to a natural line, they even analyzed and explained in detail that my left and right eyes protrude to different degrees, which I hadn’t known. I trusted them so much that I thought, if it goes wrong here, that’s just my fate, and went ahead. The result: very satisfied. I feel like they got the maximum possible result out of my eyes. Every time I go to check the result, it’s reassuring that the doctor who did the surgery checks my condition. It was good that they recorded in the surgical chart that my eyelid-opening strength differs between both eyes and kept consistently checking whether I was practicing diligently or not.
