I had my first surgery with ear cartilage, and now my nasal tip has dropped, so I'm preparing for revision surgery! But after going to consultations, they divide it into donated rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage.. I did know they would use costal cartilage, but after hearing the prices during consultations, the difference is kind of ...whoa The more straightforward option seems to be donated rib cartilage, but would it matter much if I don't necessarily use autologous costal cartilage? I'm a bit concerned about the cost of autologous costal cartilage and the slight rib scar it leaves... and they say it hurts, too.. Looking at other people, donated rib cartilage is also used really often, so it's firm like autologous costal cartilage and won't droop, right? Is there anyone here who had surgery with donated rib cartilage?? I've been to 4 consultations, and I'm deciding between ㅍㄹㅇㅂ and ㄱㄹㅂ!

안조하은 If harvesting it feels burdensome, donated rib cartilage is used a lot too, but you'll need to keep in mind that the absorption rate is highㅜ
