I had already tried donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, silicone, basically every implant/material, and you could say I had consultations at almost all the hospitals famous for noses lololol ㅜㅜ Every time I got surgery, the nasal tip became crooked and drooped, making it look long, the nasolabial angle looked recessed, and the nostril asymmetry just had no answer. My original natural nose was better, but I couldn’t give up because the money and time felt too wasted... I kept looking around, and heard that the director at It’s B operates very delicately and well, so I eventually got my 4th surgery. For now, it’s been one month since surgery. From 2 to 3 weeks, I was told I looked like a dog stung by a bee lolol, but now only the residual swelling is left, so it doesn’t look very swollen. The shape I wanted is starting to show quite a lot now, and they said more swelling will go down once it’s been six months, so I’m satisfied even now, but if it goes down more, that would be nice~? The nostril asymmetry definitely improved, and doesn’t it look like the drooping nasal tip improved too?! People who knew my original face and my family all say my nose turned out truly legendary, so I’m thrilled!! According to the director’s explanation, the inside of my nose was weak and couldn’t support it, so the nasal tip became crooked and turned into a deviated nose. They said this had to be resolved for the nostril asymmetry to be corrected and the nasolabial angle to be fixed too. So to build it sturdily, they used autologous costal cartilage and straightened it from the inside of the nose, and although the nasal bridge was changed to silicone, they lowered the starting point so it would look natural and not long. There was also something sharp and visible through the nasal tip, and they covered that with fascia. I really liked how they handled the details so meticulously!
