The doctor is honest and has a blunt, reality-check style, so it actually made me trust them more? But the front desk and the consultants are sooo ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Frustrating… I was waiting for the procedure and they were so disorganized Communication didn’t seem good either, so I felt really anxious, and the wait was long, but they didn’t even seem to know I was waiting ㅠㅠ If those parts improve, I think I’d trust them more. I’m satisfied with everything else, but..! The CS was disappointing.
