It went into the upper lip exactly 4 shots, without anesthesia. The principle is to atrophy the philtrum muscle and evert the upper lip! Overseas, it’s a well-known procedure called a lip flip, but this seemed like the only clinic in Korea that performs it, so I got it done. My philtrum isn’t on the long side, but.. I often make a sagging expression(?), so I got it.. I think I’ll know whether it’s uncomfortable once the effect appears after a week.
