First of all, I had full orthodontic treatment without extractions for about 1 year, and I got my braces off a few days ago. I’m just amazed that teeth can become this straight after only one year. After walking around with train tracks for a year, now I can laugh as big as I want with lighter-feeling teeth... They say if you don’t manage them well, the teeth can quickly open up again and the money will be wasted, so I need to take good care of them!
