There’s some asymmetry and a part that wasn’t shaved down enough, so I want to talk about it. Usually what do you say, and how do they react? I’m not good at saying unpleasant things, so I want to prepare myself mentally before going.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
