I feel like the fat under my eyes is becoming more and more noticeable. I heard this can only be done 1-2 times in a lifetime? Would it be better to wait until it looks as prominent as possible before doing it???? And for friends who have had lower eyelid fat repositioning, does it ever come back again?? I really want to get lower eyelid fat repositioning^^..
