<Before photo><After><After><After>Hello~ I’m sharing my review at half a year after forehead reduction/lift and nasolabial fold fat grafting, and 1.5 years after major cheekbone reduction. I had cheekbone reduction because both sides were asymmetrical and I wanted a slimmer, more natural downward-flowing line, and now it has already been well over a year haha. It was done endoscopically, so I don’t think I have cheek sagging, and the line has become softer, so I definitely look less aged and my facial contour looks prettier. For the forehead lift, I was getting an eye consultation because of my eye shape, and I found out that I had forehead compression and used my forehead muscles a lot. So instead of changing my double-eyelid line, they recommended a forehead lift, and after thinking about it, I went ahead with the lift. For the forehead reduction, I prefer a shorter face shape, so originally I had thought about philtrum reduction or a long curved chin-tip procedure, but they told me those did not suit my face, so I had the forehead reduction done as well~ As I got older, my nasolabial folds seemed to be getting deeper, so they extracted a small amount of fat from under my ear and grafted it into the nasolabial line. Now it has become much more natural, and since I gained weight, it shows even less, so I think it’s good. With the lift, my eyes definitely feel more open, so I think the lifting effect is visible right away. For the forehead reduction, maybe because I’m so used to it now, rather than feeling hugely dramatic, I feel like it naturally became smaller. Below, I’ll write a bit about what currently bothers me or feels uncomfortable, and my current condition. The scar at the forehead incision site has faded a lot, so I think it’s at the point where it isn’t noticeable unless you look closely, and it feels like it has been quite a long time since the pain disappeared. The itching or occasional tingling discomfort has also improved so much that I don’t notice it unless I consciously think about it.
