It’s been just over two months since my osteotomy surgery, and because I had a hump and my original nose was high, they only raised my septum with my own septal cartilage and artificial cartilage. But starting about a month ago, when I apply lotion and push the skin around my nose to the left, or when I blow my nose, about 2 cm starting from the columella inward suddenly twists to the left. What I mean by twists is that it creaks and shifts because the joints don’t line up like a puzzle, and if I push it back to the center, it returns to normal. What’s funny is that it never twists no matter how much I push it to the right. Why is this happening? According to the director, if there is no septal cartilage this is normal, but no matter how I look at it, I don’t think mine is like that. I can’t keep living with this clicking sound. I’m going crazy. Please help if anyone has had the same thing
