Areas of concern: decreased skin elasticity, nasolabial fold lines, Indian bands, jawline As I entered my 40s, I felt like my skin was sagging, so I received 300 shots of Ultherapy + 300 shots of Oligio. The doctor seemed to be assigned randomly, so I don’t know who it was. It was a young female doctor. They performed the 300 shots of Oligio first, and it was done without anesthesia. I expected them to draw a grid on my face like with Thermage, but without any markings, they just stamped around the face. Since it was done without a grid, I couldn’t tell whether it was being applied evenly. They said Ultherapy could be painful, so it was performed after anesthesia, but there was no pain. I think they may have used a low intensity. They avoided areas that had a risk of cheek hollowing. They used a 4.5 mm tip around the jaw and a 3 mm tip for the rest of the face. I think my jawline has become more defined. I’m not sure about the nasolabial folds and Indian bands.
