I had hump nose surgery 4 weeks ago, along with silicone, nose tip ear cartilage, and alar reduction, so I had the surgery. A week ago I asked them to remove all the cartilage and silicone, and they said they removed the silicone and left some of the ear cartilage in place and repositioned it. But the nose tip looks exactly the same as after surgery, still blunt, like an elephant nose. Does all the ear cartilage have to be removed for it to go back to my old nose? I want to go back to my old nose, and my nostrils were also reduced.
