I used septal cartilage, but can it be lowered like this? I want to lower the part that protrudes like in the first photo, and the second photo is my side profile when smiling It’s serious, right? My original nose shape was like the line I want to lower it to, but the doctor said I had a short nose and lengthened it;; I heard the nose can become a bit broader/flatter, is that right? I’d actually like it to become broader/flatter haha Then do I just need to lower only the nasal tip? If anyone knows, please give me lots of advice Messages are fine too
