I really don't like my nasal tip.. I'm entering my 5th month after surgery. The front view is okay, but from the side my nasal tip looks too upturned and high. It has a very pronounced half-ski-slope profile, so I can't show my side profile. It looks obvious..... For now, I'm just living with it, and later, since they say that after enough time passes the skin gets thinner and people almost always end up having revision surgery anyway.. At that time, I'm planning to remove both the silicone and everything in the nasal tip!! If I wait 6 months and change the nasal tip shape with revision surgery, the shape might get prettier, but repeated revisions are bad, and I'm going to remove it someday anyway.. Would it be okay to just endure it and live with it, then do it when my skin gets thinner and I'm too stressed? Or, after some time passes, I'm thinking of removing everything and doing revision surgery with dermis. Does dermal revision surgery stay problem-free even when you get olderㅠㅠ? If I remove the nasal tip... will my old nasal tip shape come back? And even if I remove it, will the nasal tip still stay hard? Please, please reply!!!!!
