The more I look into it, the more it seems like it’s not a simple surgery.. In my case, I don’t think I should have fat removed; I think I need repositioning, and I think it would be good to release the tear trough ligament. Has anyone here had ligament release + repositioning? If ligament release is included, it does seem like there’s definitely more swelling and bruising.. I’m also curious whether satisfaction is maintained even after several years.
