They pursue a completely naturalistic approach, and I brought a list of questions. They asked me to just show them the list, so I did, and even though there were a lot, they answered every single one. It felt professional. The price was higher than expected (square jaw behind the ears, muscle resection), and I do want to do it here, but I’m worried the effect might be less than expected. (I was satisfied with the predicted postoperative appearance, the one they showed while covering it.) The wait was on a weekday + I was the only one there, but maybe they were in surgery, because I waited 20-30 minutes. Also, there was no review event.
