Nose Re-Surgery

Is there a right time to remove nasal silicone and the nasal tip?

I had surgery on January 10. Septal correction. Canova?. hooked nose. inferior turbinate. nasal bridge. nasal tip It has been over 3 weeks since surgery. I have been breathing through my mouth until now, and at the hospital they shoved something like tape deep inside the mucous membrane of both sides of my nose, saying this is how the nose heals well. This is insane... Since I’m breathing through my mouth... this doesn’t feel like living Today, in the end, blood suddenly gushed out of my nose, so I went to the ER. When I arrived, it stopped.

At the ER, they said since the bleeding had stopped, I should go to the hospital where I had surgery tomorrow, so I came home... Can silicone and nasal tip removal be done right away? Do I have to wait 6 months? I can’t breathe, so I need surgery, right? I’m scared to death

I’m going absolutely crazy. Tomorrow I’m going to the hospital, have the tape removed, get my surgical records, and go to an ENT revision surgery hospital. I went to a fairly well-known plastic surgery clinic I trusted them because they said there was an ENT doctor there too, but it turns out there wasn’t.
