Natural nose - a nose with a very high nasal bridge, a slight hump on the bridge, and a masculine-looking nose tip that was not rounded First surgery in 2013 - done without an implant. They said they would shave the hump, perform nasal bridge width osteotomy, place AlloDerm (donated dermis), and round the nose tip with ear cartilage. Result - that very high nasal bridge was all shaved away too much, and the AlloDerm was all absorbed after about 4 years, leaving my face with truly no nasal bridge at all between the eyes. My natural nose was also high, but once there was no nasal bridge at all, my eyes looked farther apart and my overall impression became so flat.. That stressed me out so much that I asked about an AS revision. 2018 AS revision - I should never have gotten this retouch surgery.. If I could turn back time, I really want to go back to before my nose surgery, and if that’s not possible, then before the 2018 AS revisionㅠㅠ Because the AlloDerm had been absorbed, we discussed switching from non-implant surgery to silicone surgery. But on the day of surgery, once I lay down on the operating table, the director changed his words. He said not to worry about side effects and to just do it without an implant. I regret every day that I didn’t run out of the operating room then.. I had both my primary surgery and AS revision from the same director, but even the columellar incision style was completely different, and maybe because my skin is thin and he didn’t dissect properly, he made my nasal bridge really thin and narrow.. and made it a long nose. All of that shows through, and he made it a total chalk-like nose, and it’s even crooked.. The right side is basically gone.. I want to upload photos.. What’s even more shocking is that he even attached a square patch-like piece to the upper part of the nasal bridge.. Even now, 7 years later, it shows through the skin.. When I went for the first follow-up after surgery, a different director’s? name was written on the chart, so the nurse guided me to another director’s room.. From then on, my suspicion turned into certainty.. The surgery style was so different, the shape of the columellar incision was completely different.. the way the ear cartilage was filled into the nose tip was different too.. Even the surgical scar from where the ear cartilage was harvested looked noticeably different. Is it okay to deceive a patient like this? You trust a director and entrust your face and life to themㅡㅡ anyway.. When I confronted him, asking what this square patch-like part on my nose was, it had only been about 7 days since surgery, but he pressed down on my nasal bridge really hard with his hand, then told me to keep pressing that square patch-like part of my nasal bridge with my hand going forward.. It was nonsenseㅜㅜ I really wondered if this director was a psychopath.. I have so much I want to say, but they always get my Naver posts taken down for defamation. They ruined the center of my face and almost ruined the life of a young woman. Yet they’re the ones claiming honorㅎㅎ I was so deeply hurt at that time and developed distrust of people, so I didn’t have the courage to get another revision surgery again, and I lived cursing it, and before I knew it, 7 years had passed. My nose keeps getting worse and worse haha I gathered courage again and came back to this community because I really want to get out of this whole nose nightmareㅠ All of this is based on my own experience..
