It’s been 3 weeks since I had under-eye fat repositioning without fat grafting. When I’m still, I guess the swelling hasn’t gone down completely, so except for the area under my right eye looking slightly bulging, it’s gotten okay. But when I smile really widely, the fat bulges out again like before I had the under-eye fat repositioning. Could this be a side effect..??
