A stye keeps forming where the knot was tied, so I went to the hospital, and they said we need to suppress it with medication, so I was living on medication. Now it doesn't get bigger, but it's still on my eyelid like a chalazion, almost like a milium ㅠㅠ I asked the hospital, and they said they have to make an incision and remove it, or just live with it. Has anyone had the same symptoms?? Can this really only be removed by making an incision?ㅠ Can't it be squeezed out??0
르러 Me too.. I really want to resolve it.. I don't know if my hospital is doing this to avoid responsibility or what.. They said, while saying this, they would remove the thread, change it to a different thread position, and do revision surgery again. I'm scheduled to do it on Friday, so I'll let you know my review after I go..!
ahyun [@르러] I was curious about cases like this too. Are you saying they’re going to replace it with a different thread..??
르러 [@ahyun] They said they’ll remove the original thread and redo it at the same thread height, adjusting the stitch position. But I wonder if the already bulging part will disappear just by removing it, and other places say, like the original poster said, that they remove it by making an incision.. I'm half-convinced, half-doubtfulㅠㅠ
ahyun [@르러] I see ㅠ By any chance, did you usually tend to get allergies or styes??ㅠ I’m the type who gets allergies occasionally, so I’m debating whether I should have surgeryㅠㅠ
르러 [@ahyun] No.. I’m really the type who doesn’t usually get things like that. I’ve had a stye maybe once in my life when I was little..? I had it done yesterday, and in the end, while redoing it, they removed it too..!!
